Client Opt-In/Out: By default, all clients will be opted in.

Upon client request, a Client Executive can, on an exception basis only and with approval from their Senior Director, opt their client(s) out of this service via CRM. Then Product Delivery team will act on CRM client opt out requests and the service will be stopped.

Clients who have opted out of advertising only for other traveler-facing products will still receive this service, but without ads.
