Internal Note myCWT Itinerary (TX_Your Itinerary: standard) is CWT global solution, providing clear, detailed and actionable travel documentation. Itineraries are key documents for Travelers and Travel Arrangers in the booking process and during trips. MyCWT Itinerary sends booking confirmation, e-ticket reminder and e-ticket via email to Travelers and Travel Arrangers. By default, myCWT Itinerary email is delivered with content embedded in the body of the email and with an PDF attachment.

Standard myCWT Itinerary is offered to all the clients (unless the client decides to use other non-CWT itinerary, e.g. of OBT). CWT strongly encourages customers to use myCWT Itinerary.

In addition to standard myCWT Itinerary content, there are customizable options, subject to a fee:

Client-specific subject line of Itinerary
Client-static text in subject line of Itinerary
Client-specific text in the body of the itinerary confirmation
This is against CWT policy to create client specific message in the GDS company profile.
